Who is this actually for?
This is not a beginner’s "how to dance" course. If you are still struggling with your basic timing, you are not ready. This is for dancers who already have a solid foundation and are ready to transition into professional teaching or being an artist at events.
Do I need to be a Bachata Legacy expert before I start?
No. You need a solid foundation in Bachata, but we don't expect you to know our exact system yet. We are looking for high-level social dancers who are ready to be coached. We provide the tools, you do the work.
Do I need a partner to apply?
Yes. You need a dedicated partner to execute the drills and receive live feedback in real time. We train you in pairs because you need a real person to practice the mechanics and teaching framework. This does not have to be your permanent professional partner, but they must be committed with you to the intensive.
Is my English good enough?
We keep our teaching simple, clear, and highly visual. If you can understand our social media videos, you will be able to follow this training. This is about movement and results, not complex vocabulary. If needed questions can also be asked in Spanish or Hebrew.
Do I need a professional studio for the online training?
No. You just need a stable internet connection, a clear camera (a laptop is best, phone is fine), and enough space for you and your partner to move freely. We need to be able to see your full body to give you accurate feedback.
What if the time zone doesn’t work for me?
The intensive is held on Saturday and Sunday. We choose times that work for the majority of our global students. You must be present live for the full 12 hours to receive feedback and take the final exam. We will tell you exact hours in your time zone if you are accepted during the application process.
What do I get if I pass the exam?
You receive the official Bachata Legacy certification and the right to use our brand name at events, while teaching and in your professional social media bio.
How much is the investment?
We do not post pricing publicly because we only work with those who are a specific fit. If your application is accepted, we will discuss the full investment and payment options during our application process.
What if I can’t make it after I pay?
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds because we only accept a small number of students, and your spot is reserved specifically for you. Only apply if you are 100% committed to the dates.
In the rare event that we have to reschedule the intensive, your full payment will be automatically credited toward the new dates or a future edition.
What happens if I don't pass the exam?
The certification is earned, not bought. If you do not meet the professional standard by the end of training, you do not receive the title. You leave with the knowledge and the materials, but you cannot use the Bachata Legacy name until you prove you can represent it.
Can I teach the Bachata Legacy style after I pass?
Yes. Passing the exam gives you the official right to teach our framework and use the Bachata Legacy name in your classes and workshops. You aren't just getting a certificate; you’re getting the authority to represent our brand.
When and where is the next training?
We run these on a highly selective basis all over the world. While we usually meet in person, we are opening our next intensive as a live online experience. This gives you the same high-level feedback and training details without the travel costs.
