A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC

These Event Terms apply to all in-person and online events, workshops, intensives, and retreats hosted, organized, taught, or led by A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC. By purchasing a ticket or pass, you agree to these terms in addition to the Master Terms of Service.

Completing your purchase confirms your consent to conduct business electronically. Your digital action constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.

1. Absolute Non-Refundability All event passes, tickets, and deposits are strictly final sale. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies universally and without exception to travel delays, sickness, partner cancellations, personal emergencies, or schedule conflicts.

2. Ticket Transfers and Resale Tickets are strictly tied to the original purchaser. You may not sell, trade, or transfer your ticket to a third party. If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer by contacting us in writing prior to the event. Transfer approvals are granted strictly on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any transfer request for any reason. Any unauthorized resale or transfer immediately voids the ticket without a refund.

3. Partner Requirements and Financial Responsibility Certain events are designated as “Partner-Required.” By registering for such an event, you accept full legal and financial responsibility for a complete Lead/Follow pair. The second ticket for your partner must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

If you fail to secure a partner or the second ticket remains unpaid 24 hours before the event, your spot is subject to immediate forfeiture without notice. In the event of forfeiture:

• No refunds or credits will be issued for your original ticket.

• You remain legally and financially responsible for the full balance of the second ticket.

• Failure to provide a partner does not waive your obligation to pay the total cost of the pair.

We do not provide partners or "match" students. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your partner pair is complete and fully paid within the required timeframe.

4. Online Event Technology and Logistics For virtual events, you are solely responsible for your internet connection, hardware, and software setup. You are also responsible for verifying the correct start time in your local time zone. If you miss the event or your stream drops due to user-side technical failures or time zone errors, your ticket is forfeited. Replays or recordings are never guaranteed unless explicitly promised on the original sales page.

5. Total Assumption of Risk, Injury, Illness, and Death All events, whether attended in a physical venue or streamed virtually into your home, involve physical movement, cardiovascular exertion, and inherent risks. You voluntarily assume one hundred percent of the risk for any injury, illness, serious disability, paralysis, fatal cardiac event, or death that occurs during your participation. A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC is completely released from any and all liability, claims, or financial demands, regardless of whether the incident occurs in our physical venue or your personal environment. You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical space is safe, free of hazards, and that you are medically cleared to participate.

6. Proprietary Information and Recording Prohibition You are strictly prohibited from recording, filming, screen-capturing, or broadcasting the instructional portion of any workshop, intensive, or event without our explicit, real-time permission. Capturing our proprietary teaching methods without authorization is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and will result in immediate ejection and legal action.

7. Total Waiver of Privacy and Global Media Rights By attending any event in person or logging into any virtual broadcast, you permanently waive all rights to privacy, publicity, and compensation. You grant A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to film, screen-record, photograph, and broadcast your likeness, voice, and background environment. We maintain absolute ownership of all captured media from physical venues and digital platforms to use for global marketing, commercial products, and promotional purposes.

8. Right of Ejection We maintain a strict standard for professional behavior. Any harassment, boundary violations, unauthorized recording, or unsafe behavior toward instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated. We reserve the absolute right to eject any participant from the physical venue or the online room immediately. No refunds will be issued for ejections.

9. Event Modifications and Force Majeure We reserve the right to modify the schedule, change the venue location, or substitute instructors if necessary. If an event is entirely canceled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as venue closures or travel restrictions, your pass will be credited toward a future event or digital service. No cash refunds are provided for cancellations outside of our control.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. All disputes must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Washington State. Any legal claim must be filed within one year of the event date.

11. Indemnification, Venue Damage, and Estate Waiver You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC against any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from your actions or participation at an event. This includes, but is not limited to, financial responsibility for any physical damage you cause to a venue, studio, or third-party property, any injury you cause to another participant, and any wrongful death, injury, or liability claims brought by your family, heirs, or estate.

12. Entire Agreement This document, alongside the Master Terms of Service, constitutes the Entire Agreement between you and A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC regarding your participation in any event. It supersedes all prior verbal promises, text messages, direct messages, or informal agreements. No modification to these terms is valid unless provided in writing and signed by Daniel or Bri.

13. Severability If any provision of these Event Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed. The invalidation of one provision will not affect the validity, enforceability, and binding nature of all remaining provisions.

14. No Waiver Our failure to strictly enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that same provision, or any other provision, in the future. A one-time exception granted at our discretion does not invalidate our policies.

15. Third-Party and Attendee Liability A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC is not liable for the actions, negligence, or misconduct of any third party. This includes venue staff, independent contractors, guest instructors, and other event attendees. If you are injured, harassed, or suffer damages due to the physical actions of another participant during a workshop or social dance, you agree to hold A & B Worldwide Entertainment, LLC completely harmless. Your sole legal recourse is against the individual who caused the harm.

16. Property Loss and Theft We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property at any physical event. You are solely responsible for securing your belongings, including electronics, recording equipment, dance shoes, and wallets. Leaving items unattended at a venue is done entirely at your own risk, and you waive any right to claim compensation for lost goods.

17. Age Restriction and Minors All events are strictly restricted to individuals who are eighteen years of age or older. By purchasing a ticket, you formally declare you are a legal adult capable of entering into this contract. If a minor circumvents this rule to attend an event, their parent or legal guardian assumes total legal and financial liability for any injury, damage, or claims arising from their unauthorized participation.
